this is my second irobot roomba, and i love it! the first lasted ,me many years and had i known how to clean it after a doggy accident, and had removed the battery, id not have needed to replace it. i have to say this machine cleaned the hair from two adopted feral cats we now have living in our home and crumbs from our shitzus cookies without a trace left. love how it glides around and under furniture to insure even those hidden dust bunnies are gone. this has become my very favorite household helper, and has saved me endless hours cleaning. i bought refurbished and i have to say, it looks and runs like brand new.

Buy another brand!!! Didn’t work out of the box!

Bought in late June for my craft apt. Didnt open immediately because of bad fall with broken back. House Roomba still under warranty broke, (still trying to resolve that) so went to apt. and got unopened one. Plugged up to charge and got charging error right out of the box!! AYKM?! trouble shooting suggestions online didn’t fix. Now I have 2 broken Roombas. Been fighting iRobot 2 months on the first one! What are the odds I’ll get the second one fixed? My advice? Buy another brand because I’ve had 4 different service people at iRobot, made countless calls, jumped through ridiculous hoops (ex: send us video of the robot giving the error message), and over 20 emails regarding the first broken robot. Now I have to do it all for the second one too?! iRobot has The Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!
