Missing and broken parts - Disappointing

I purchased this item in June, but due to a trip I had to make, I could not check if the package were missing any items. I opened the package today after I came from my trip, and I noticed the box that was sent to me was an order that was returned. Missing and broken parts and the screws are worn out—this a disappointing due to the price I paid. If I could put a zero stars, I would.
