Most CPU's you cannot touch are capped at 2666 so its good for CPU's you cannot clock the ram on.

Warning for HP Omen owners!

Do not purchase for HP Omen products for either Intel or Ryzen CPUs. For Intel (which I don't have) it looks like you have to mess with your BIOS to turn on XMP for it to recognize the 3200hz speed. For Ryzen you can't do anything at all. Also for people who just wanted the RAM but didn't care about the hz, the other issue is that the OMEN Command center won't recognize the RGB feature either so you'll have your other lights coordinated and the RAM sticks just going nuts. I hate to give this less than 5 stars, the product itself is cool and I'm sure works great but just need to warn off HP Omen users.
