Unit failed the third time it was used

The unit works but does not indicate charging voltage applied. The display often stops displaying a line of the text which makes it impossible to tell if a 1 or 7 is being displayed. Probably a defective unit but it seems to be 'working'. EDIT: The unit failed the third time it was used. Do not waste your money.
