Dell 3310 13.3 Latitude3310 FHD i5 8GB 128GB W10P Sil (Open Box)

I bight this and it quit working 2 days after I received it. After an hour on the phone with tech support they decided it needed a new motherboard board and would send a tech to replace it in a few days. I waited 9 days before I called again and they contacted the U.S service provider. That provider contacted me shortly and she could not believe I had not been contacted about this issue. The company it had been assigned to was out of business and the tech that picked up the parts quit.The only reason I gave it a 1 was Dell tech support was helpful but you need to call them regularly if you get notices they are coming and then don’t show up. I would get a notice each day that would be cancelled at the end of the day with no explanation as to why. The lady in the states I talked to was very helpful and now has the repair scheduled for the 16th.If this doesn’t get done the 16th I will send this thing back to Dell as a defective product and order a different brand hoping I get it before Christmas since it is a present.
