Great addition to a lazy evening

I bought this because my wife likes a sparsely furnished living room. That means not many places to put drinks, especially near my favorite spot to relax in the evening. This tray fits over the very wide arm rest of the couch, and holds firm enough that I'm not worried about sliding off on its own. The built in cup holder can fit wide coffee mugs, and the insert allows for smaller glasses to fit securely. While I do have to watch out when the kids are running around, when things are calm this is a very secure and convenient way of adding a cup holder to your favorite spot, without the arduous hassle of leaning all the way forward to get a glass off the coffee table. Now I can sit, game and sip in peace

Do not use on outdoor furniture

Its ok Would have gripped better on fabric. Used it outside on my wicker chair which has a square arm it does not conform it is better with a rolled arm and fabric it also collected mold but I live in a human state cleaning it was not very easy either recommended for indoor use only
