This kettlebell has a nice finish which makes it easy to grip, and the handle size and width is perfect for one or two-handed use. The weight is also accurate after testing it on a scale. I would highly recommend these and will be choosing this brand for other weight amounts as well.

Good kettlebell for clean and jerk and for girls to do a squat

I bought this 35lbs kettlebell to train my clean and jerk. I do it in a bottom-up fashion to train my wrist, so 35lbs is an optimal weight. My GF does sumo deadlift/squat with it. And 35lbs is good for her to train her lower body. It is not as fancy as other colored kettlebells, but I like it more because in fact it is smaller, and so it is easier for me to keep that balance when I lift it. ===> P.S. I am actually changing my review to 1 star. The handle is not comfortable, it has a coating that peels off and so the grip becomes loose. I noticed it after a few workouts. Had to return.
