Perfect for the price

I recently bought this 40lb kettlebell to step up my strength training routine, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. What immediately stood out to me was the wide grip handle—it makes such a difference, especially for exercises that involve both hands like swings or goblet squats. It gives you a lot of control and doesn't feel cramped at all, which has been a problem with some of the other kettlebells I've tried in the past. The finish on it is nice and smooth, but still textured enough that it doesn’t slip even when my hands get sweaty. I haven’t had any issues with it chipping or scuffing either, which tells me it’s going to hold up well long-term. It’s solid, feels balanced, and doesn’t shift around awkwardly mid-movement. Great for the price.

Very inexpensive, some issues but overall OK.

These are very inexpensive, I expected some quality issues, and there are. I ordered 3, to 35lb and 1 10lb. The 10lb was well packed, and the overall quality is very good, finish, and no casting lines in the loop. One of the 35lbs is similar, the other has some sharp ridges in the corners of the handle. Might be an issue, if it is I will have to take a file and burr to smooth them out. In addition that bell liberated itself from it's packaging. Fortunately UPS could salvage the label, taped it to the bell and brought it anyway. The finish is scarred up, and there is tape residue I am still trying to get off the surface. Overall for the price these are a great value, just realize you get what you pay for so expect some imperfections.
