BlueParrott B450-XT Noise Cancelling Headset (Open Box)

This headset worked alright for almost half a year, and then started having all kinds of problems. The headset was treated well and only used a few times a week, but started to not want to turn off, and the buttons would not work correctly. The buttons will completely ignore you pushing them occasionally, and sometimes it refused to turn on until you plugged in for a second, and then it would work fine for hours after. When you go to shut it off again though, it usually just makes the powering up sounds again. It takes me 4 to 6 attempts to turn it off, and sometimes I just give up and leave it on.The battery life is great, and the mic quality is good, but the earpad is small and squishes down enough that the hard speaker presses against you ear and will start to hurt after a while. I have to switch sides every 30 minutes to give my ear a break. I could survive with this, but the buttons failing to work already is really disappointing. For $130 I certainly thought this headset would last me years.
