Schlob Multifunction Air Fryer, 8-in-1

First rotisserie for me. Was excited to replace my old toaster oven. This thing is awesome. Have had it almost a week now. Been cooking random stuff and it seems to do a good job. Decided to try the rotisserie feature. I know it says not to use more than a 2.7 pound chicken but at the store I could either get dinky little game hens, or one of these frying chickens. Ended up with a 5 pounder. So I whipped up a brine and let it sit in the fridge for 5.5 hours. Had to use plenty of the cooking string stuff to make sure it wasn't flopping around in there after attaching the rotisserie parts. Took a couple trial runs. But I got this dirty little pecker in there, nice and tight. Barely fit as you can see in the pic. Anyway, it worked great. Turned out fabulous. I think next time I'll probably traeger it first for like 45 mins or so on smoke just to get it a bit more tender and some of that flavor.
