HP 147A Toner Cartridge lasted less then a week.

We only buy HP toners for our HP printers. We've never had a problem. The last HP 147A toner I received lasted for only 5 days with the usual amount of printing. We usually get 6 or more weeks from this toner. Could it be that the toner was not filled properly? I can't find a number to call to report this. These are really expensive. I would like this defective toner replaced.
