Acer Spin 11 2-in-1 11.6" HD Touchscreen Chromebook (Open Box)

This laptop is a nightmare. I cannot believe all the trouble I am having with it. I contact Amazon they made me wait then hung up on me. I tried to do the power wash did not work. When I logged on to Amazon with the correct password Amazon did not recognize me being with Amazon for 10 years! Whoever, had this laptop, left some app on I went to Spotify I always listen to soft pop music. Got a list of heavy metal music from the owner who had this laptop. I asked for a return label and never got it told Amazon my printing machine is not working. Contact the seller phone is not listed! My tablet went haywire and my cell phone too it has to do with this laptop. The Internet is very weak. I can have internet in the living room and kitchen when I take this laptop to the room it is out of range! I am going to contact my nearest District so they can contact Jeff Bezos. Because Amazon is not going to help me I am going to ask for my money back! I should get it back. Don't buy it or you will be sorry! I have the day and time that I contact Amazon. Those calls are recorded!
