FRIEDRICH FRIEDRICH D35B1A (Open Box)

We set this up in our kitchen which faces a pond. This unit is working out great and has kept our small cottage in bearable air conditions. Even in the living room which is 30 feet away from the unit. I cannot account for the pump as we have set to empty manually. Day temperatures have been in the mid 80's and humidity at 65%. The machine has not read above 43%. Life is so much better now running this unit. As a side note we have another Freidrich dehumidifier (the Friedrich D50BP) set up in the basement. This unit is six years old and works just as it did on day one. It looks much like this recent purchase but is larger having a 50 p holding capacity. Like our new one we have not used the pump to operate.
