ARRIS SURFboard SBG10-RB Cable Modem & Router (Open Box)

Bought this knowing it was preowned. I was reluctant but the price was great. I should’ve listened to the reviews. My ISP, Xfinity, tried for an hour to connect to the modem but they were unable. If the internet provider can’t recognize the modem, it’s basically junk at that point. So, I called Amazon Help line and they were of no help themselves BUT did direct me to contact the seller via the messaging system to alert them I was having trouble with the unit. The seller got back to me VERY QUICKLY and without argument they refunded me without even me asking. I was bracing myself for a fight but was PLEASANTLY surprised. I’m so used to horrible customer service nowadays so this was refreshing. I just wish the modem had worked - it was such a great bargain.
