It came in original box. TV has a scratch on the screen, but that was a protective film can be remove, screen was not affected. picture are astonishing, brightness are extreme. The" ambient mode" function and the "intelligent mode" fuction, I find that both go hand in hand. "Intelligent Mode" Let you have all the TV's ability that it built for. At the same time it limits your ability to custom set the TV to your preference. The "ambient mode" I still can't notice the change in room light. I don't know if it works. I find the special "embeint" button on the remote and TV display screen saver useless. Sound," Adaptive sound" are good, noticeable. sound quality are good, at this price it should come with the sound bar system, I was expected better. honestly my old Panasonic TV Sound better. The Remote control button are too simple I have hard time navigate. May be Samsung should rearrange it menu so we can access the setting in one push. navigate much quicker. I like the short cut buttons to netflix, amazon video and samsung tv. Sound Command are really not my thing. and I can't really do much with it except changing channel. Alexa are really stupid, I have to use the right command or it just say I do not know that, the command are global not just for TV. I can have Alexa turn on and off my tv, what is the use with more noise, the remote is in my hand, not making sense.

This a beautiful 75" QLED machine. The OS is quick and responsive. The mic works great across apps and the built in Alexa is pretty neat. The built in sound/speaker system is actually pretty impressive. However, why is there a bouncy back on this TV. I'm posting a video because this looks like a Mickey Mouse job for a top 2020 TV. Tunred on right away it's clear that there are non back spots on each of the 4 corners. Someone else already posted pics on that. It's every corner and it's annoying, especially when looking at dark 8K or 4K content. Also, when viewing bright whites it's clear there are bars/squares/spots across the screen that do not justify a $3k TV. It should be flawless, even it's refurbished (saved me $500). I'm sending it back. One would think there are folks testing out the machine before scheduling delivery. It takes 30mins and 2 people to unbox a 4 foot, 100 lb TV. Come on.
