I like the short cut buttons to netflix, amazon video and samsung tv. Sound Command are really not my thing. and I can't really do much with it except changing channel. Alexa are really stupid, I have to use the right command or it just say I do not know that, the command are global not just for TV. I can have Alexa turn on and off my tv, what is the use with more noise, the remote is in my hand, not making sense.
