Excellent value to add immersion to your table
By John R. Valles on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2024
I ordered this product on a whim with very low expectations. I was completely wrong, this is a great addition to your table. First of isbthe value. You get 15 feet worth of walls in this set, enough that I was able to make really nice sized dungeons on a 3×3 sized battle board. If you want full 6x3 dungeons you'll definitely need a second set. Variety of pieces is excellent. The sizes are in half-inch increments, making it very easy to follow the lines of your dungeon (I draw it in dry erase first, then add walls) without having to make many changes. I'd like to address some complaints in the other reviews. Stickers: yes these are stickers you have to put on foam pieces and it does take some time and care to assemble, but it wasn't very difficult and my teenager was able to assist. I didn't have any issues woth the stickers staying on the pieces. DO NOT add a sticker to the bottom of the pieces, I think thisbis why some people claimed there was enough for all of the blocks. The bottom stays clear because the last step you will add a small square of the suction tape. Speaking if the suction tape, it works phenomenally. The walls stick to my battle boards with ease and are strong enough to roll dice against them without them moving out of place, and for the matter I did indeed turn my board upside down as they do in the marketing video, and the walls did in fact stay in place. Bottom line, you are going to be very hard pressed to find a dungeon wall system that has this much value, is this functional and looks this good on the table. The hassle of putting on stickers is probably nothing new to tt gamers who regularly assemble models, paint minis, etc.

Instructions were bare bones. Building the pieces one by one is tedious, but it’s meant to be a budget system. Biggest complaint is that one sheet of adhesive isn’t enough for all of the pieces. I still have more than a dozen pieces with no sticky tape to hold them onto the mat.

Worth the effort to assemble.

If you are running any sort of dungeon crawl this is for you. You can prefab your dungeon before sessions and the pieces tend to stay put once placed. I have purchased and assembled multiple sets and my group loves them. Once in place they are sturdy enough to stack battle maps on top of each other, as long as there is enough support below. For those having trouble with the assembly; The pack contains 12 sheets of stickers and 4 sheets of foam. There are 4 copies of each unique sticker sheet. You will use one copy of each unique sticker sheet to complete a full sheet of the foam. I recommend completing one sheet at a time. Some of the wall stickers are on a different sticker sheet than the top stickers for a few of the wall sizes. You can compare the length of the foam piece with the "top" sticker to ensure you are using the correct piece of foam for the correct sticker. The stickers also have a number printed on the top sticker and wall sticker so you can match them up. For instance top sticker 3 should match with a wall sticker 3. It does take a fair amount of time to assemble.
Great quality but omg the stickers

I spent over an hour with three other adults attempting to find and sticker each piece. The foam is not numbered to match the stickers so it's a guessing game until you manage to sticker the tops of each foam length. We kept a set without walls until the end so we knew what number sticker went to what length. Also the sticker sheets are not printed in any kind of numeric order and we ended up with a lot of extras of one sticker size but absolutely no extras of another. Other than that debacle they are awesome little building blocks and I'm curious to see how well the stickers hold up on the foam.
These Walls Are Amazing

I love these walls! The material that it’s made out of is nice and firm and holds well, and the same for the stickers that you stick onto your walls. The pack comes with a nice variety of different length of walls so that you can I just inform your own personal dungeon the way you would like. While assembling and applying the stickers to the wall I found that the process was not tedious in anyway or anything and, at least to me, quite enjoyable. I like how you can stick the sticker on one side of the wall and really make it tight so that it’ll stay on the wall nice and firmly without any wrinkles. The applying process is quite an easy task even with the instructions that they give, which at first I thought was quite simple and not explicit enough but I was wrong. The amount of instructions they give you turned out to be just enough do to the actual task being self explanatory and easy. One of the best parts of this product is the fact that it’s modular and I can just mix and match a bunch of the pieces and make and dungeon I’d like to make. Another great thing is the cleaning process cause when you’re done with using your walls you can just put them right back into the box they were sent in, or do what I did which was to put the walls back in the foam punch outs they came form to put them back in the box nicely if you OCD like I am. Well I’m looking forward to cranking out a whole ton of dungeon delving adventures with this set of walls and I truly recommend this product to anyone who wants to add a little bit of something special to any table top game they’d like to play.

Great for the table... but

As a DM that crafts terrain and likes realism in games I THOUGHT these would be okay at best. I was wrong. My players love the aspect they bring to the table and they look good with other terrain pieces. So dont get caught up in " they are just sticker." If you have a problem with that, your imagination needs some work. CONS- slightly overpriced. assembly can be tedious, but once you get it it will fly by. You just throw them back in the box when you're done with them, there is no organization. PROS - although slightly overpriced, compared to dwarven forge or other competitors, this is the cheapest option. Except for maybe Terraino. I will be buying another set. There are a lot of blocks and will cover a good amount of map making. Very diverse sizes, this helps a great deal when building your dungeons. Sticks well to battle maps & there is extra "tape" after building all dungeon walls.

Easy to assemble dungeon for your D&D game.

This is a great product for DMs wanting to add a visual element to their Dungeons & Dragons game without having to spend hundreds of dollars on scenery like Dwarven Forge. The scenery is very easy to assemble: just apply the stickers to the foam pieces and you're done. The glossy stickers might not have quite the visual appeal to people who get really into crafting terrain and scenery, but for the price you can't go wrong.
Not worth the time it takes to put together!

The stickers used to assemble these are poorly mapped on the sheets they give you making you shuffle around a bit to find the right sizes, not the end of the world. The big kicker is when I was done putting them together after about 2 hours (I'm not super great with smaller lining up to be fair.) For the price, they aren't end-of-the-world terrible but I suggest spending up a little to get something higher quality.
Great but missing pieces

Bought as a gift in January 2023. Recipient loved the gift but mentioned in May it was missing sticker sheets with 8's & 9's. Says it doesn't impede game play but would have liked all the parts. I understand that and looked to order a replacement sticker sheet but its no longer available on Amazon. :(
