This backpack is incredibly well-designed for travel and should meet most airlines' carry-on luggage standards. I love the versatility and the way the pockets are all easily accessible. The quality looks outstanding. :)

Zipper broke on second use

Supposed to be a great brand and super sturdy. Back flap zipper broke, unfixable, on second use. Contacted Salt Life to request replacement or compensation toward replacing zipper. They stated they only offer assistance for items purchased through their website and that, anyway, they don't offer replacement or repair. Guess the quality isn't what it was advertised to be. Super disappointed.
