Good quality and good customer service

Have had it for 3 years now and its been great, about two weeks ago my external basket broke on the plastic latch, and contacted support since I was not able to find the replacement for sale, and they gave me a new one for free! Customer service is really good. Basket also has a good size and I can cook basically anything in there

Handle melted off the screws

I bought this air fryer in 2022 and loved it but 3 years later, the handle melted off the screws. I contacted Cosori, to get a new basket, but since it was over 2 years, no new basket. I wish the customer service was a little better as I didn’t expect it to melt 3 years later. Now I have to throw it out and get another air fryer. It was good while it lasted, just wish it did a little longer
