These works great and we used it after replacing a would floor that had an old one in. I like it because we only need one plug for our electric couch and we only unscrewed just one side like the photo. Nicely made.

Product came as described and the installation video was very helpful. The problem came after installation one of the outlet plugs did not work. Poor quality
