Rejuvenate ClickNClean MultiSurface System

This product was purchased for my new vinyl flooring. The directions were not clear. the numbered instructions don’t say you have to attach a bottle adapter BEFORE you but the bottle of cleaner that came with the mop. I didn’t put the adapter in and half the bottle poured out in seconds onto my floor. Thankfully I tried this on my tile bathroom floor or I may have ruined my new vinyl flooring. There are a few adapters that came with the mop but no extra nozzles. There are a company says it will send a new nozzle if you call them so I assume others have had problems with it. I didn’t try the mop until a couple weeks later because I was too busy to try to set it up right away. I put the adapter in but then I could not get the cheap plastic nozzle to work even after following the instructions to clean it. I bought a gallon of Rejuvenate and extra mop pads. I am now without a mop that works and a lot of extras to go with it! I only purchased them a little over 4 weeks ago.
