Good grip even with sweaty hands, and shows no wear after lots of slamming on the gym floor so far, indicating its durability. Do not buy if expecting a “bounce-back ball.” Great for core strengthening exercises. Feels like bigger size, color nice and works well.

Weight shifts when ball is picked up

I'm not sure if the weight is supposed to feel unbalanced, but it does. When I pick it up the weight shifts around. It must be sand inside, but the size is bigger than the amount of it holds. The outside seems durable though, it just feels awkward to lift.
