From "Love it" to "Hate it" in one year!

It can be a one-person install until you get to the roof part...then you need 2 or 3 people. No big deal; it's a big gazebo. BUT......less than I year in, the canopy roof, sides, and screen went to hell....torn, ripped, basically disintegrated, and now it appears there is no replacement for just the fabric portion. Do I have to buy an $800 gazebo all over again? Well, not from this company!! (I rarely leave negative reviews, but could not help myself with this piece of....what???)
