I wanted to love this so badly, with 31k 4.5 star reviews I couldn’t wait to get it. Sadly, it is a far cry from my 10 year old Ninja Ultima Blender. This blender is much lighter in weight, inferior in quality, & the blender motor seems much less powerful. The cups seem like a thick, higher quality, but the blender base/motor and 64oz pitcher are not the same quality I have come & known to love from Ninja. Hoping with more use I will adjust to the touch button speeds & power vs the switch. But I highly recommend NOT ‘upgrading’ if you have an older working unit.
