(2-Pack) Zleep Sleep Patches, 30 Patches

I'm very pleased with the Zleep patches. They help me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wake up more easily in the morning, too. I do have weird dreams when I use the Zleep patch. When I started using Zleep patches, I put the whole patch on. I think this was too much for me (I'm elderly) -- I had the nightmares and felt sluggish in the mornings. So I tried cutting them in half. That seems to work well. Zleep patches have good adhesion -- not too much, not too little. They don't leave any residue. And they have a lovely lavender scent. I've read reviews of other sleep patches, and they seem to have more problems than the Zleep patches, such as leaving residue that's hard to remove, falling off, being made of cheap material. I haven't experienced any of those problems with the Zleep patches. They are more expensive than the others, but I think they are better quality. I'm pleased with the Zleep patches and will keep using them.
