Little Tikes First Washer Dryer

I do like the collapsible concept, although I wish it were somehow made better. It's really adorable despite my complaints, but I think it's important so here they are: First of all, I'm glad to have gotten this on sale for 30, but due to basic things being in a way that doesn't make sense I still would have wanted to make less. I'm not understanding the scaling issue as usual. There could have been two bigger baskets instead of three smaller ones, a much bigger container of detergent that actually oppened (like the Melissa and Doug ones. Or just empty a mini bottle from the dollar store) they should have made the spinning drum much bigger than it was as seeing how deep thing could have gone just pains me. They could have given actual typical sized doll clothes or something for them to wash or cut down on costs to expand the drum and or make other things bigger and not include anything but a towel or something like that. Yes this thing is surprisingly loud as heck and should have had options to turn down the sound. (I covered it with tissue and tape) I wish it were the slightest bit easier for my child to open, but perhaps over time that could change. The dial on the machine was made overly complicated and should have just mechanically and or physically shown two settings. Instead we got seemingly random things happening so if you're drying to pretend to dry clothes it tries washing it a ton of times as you turn it to finally get the dry cycle. Also I loved the details in sound for the wash cycle, but they made the drying cycle the shortest thing in the world for some reason which is really disappointing. Overall, my child loves it. Due to other reviews I knew I'd be disappointed, but I knew it was the best thing I could get my daughter in this category. :)
