Ultimately, I am very satisfied with this purchase. The product was delivered quickly, in an unmarked generic package. The description stated “excellent condition; no visible blemishes to the computer from 12” viewing distance”. This was not exactly accurate, but that is of minor concern as the scratches on the case are light and few. The battery was not charged on receipt, though a generic charger was provided and works well with the computer. After charging for a few minutes, the laptop turned on and I was able to complete the system setup. Once the setup was complete, I let the computer finish charging and unplugged it from the charger to see how fast the battery would die. It’s been in use for about 6 hours and the battery is still more than half charged. I bought this laptop for work, using Adobe Illustrator specifically. I was able to download the software quickly with no issues. It’s great! I love everything about it and would highly recommend. Side note: This laptop does not have a touch screen of any kind.
