Haven’t had to “really” use it. I did remove the cap outside, it is super loud and would definitely get someone’s attention to help or at least call for help. Definite game changer!

Bad batteries

Product would not work correctly until I changed both of the two 2032 batteries. Had to take the unit apart as per instructions.This problem was with all three security units.Checked the two security pieces that I ordered several weeks ago and had the same problems with bad batteries.
