Shocked that this actually works!!
By Chris B on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2025
This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product's page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do "push ups" while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. It even comes with a little remote that allows you to adjust the settings. Pros: Improves my overall mood Wakes me up Relieves pains and aches Cons: Feels really weird and tingly the first few runs Be careful not to overdo it (15 mins per session at max) Overall I am pleasantly suprised that this thing actually works. I thought it was just going to shake me like a smoothie, but it really does seem to have a positive effect on my health both mentally and physically.

Consider the small footprint before you buy - but great for the right stature

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I didn't want to spend a ton to try something new, and I don't have a ton of room for fitness things. I have been using this for about three weeks, and I do think it increases muscle activation. I also think it helps with circulation. I am seeing a difference in my legs already. The two issues are not deal breakers for me, but could be for someone else. I'm small, only 5'2." If I don't stand in the just-right place, the unit becomes unstable. For a taller person, that might make it unusable. The other issue is cord placement, which I read about in other reviews. It's it's in the front, which is very odd when you plug it in. I think it's because of the side attachments for bands, but I don't use those at all. I use dumbbells.
