Still Learning
By ~*~ Sunshine ~*~ on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2020
I've had my phone for about a month now and am quite happy with it. I purchased it from Mobiles International, LLC, and had a flawless experience. I would use them again. I received a sealed, new phone that was packaged well. My phone, surprisingly, came with a clear, plastic case to protect it a little. I used it until I purchased a wallet case that I prefer, that protects the front and back as well as having a magnetic clip. I also purchased a clear, glass screen protector, so I hope I can get a long life from my phone. It comes with a C cable and wall charger. I purchased some USB to C cables to use with my car chargers and others that I previously had. The charge is quite quick and lasts a day or two with moderate use, depending on my location. I don't normally watch movies or long videos. Pictures turn out clear and it's easy to choose selections, but I'm still learning. It's nice to have an expansion ability for a micro SD card to increase memory. I was unable to use my phone on Verizon/Total Wireless when I tried, but I didn't pursue it very hard. I signed up with ATT prepaid and it's working adequately, though I'm lacking a bit of coverage in rural areas. This isn't too surprising and my monthly charge is very reasonable, so far. I have been looking at upgrading my phone for a long time and feel that this is the best value for my needs and wants. I'm very happy, so far, and recommend this phone and the vendor without reservation. I will update if I have more to add as time passes. Love it!

Dead after 8 months, common issue among Samsung phone
By Matthew V Duong on Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2021
International version; meaning no warranty no support nothing after 1 month period. Everything worked flawlessly until the Samsung infamous sudden death. Out of nowhere, the screen went dark, no charging LED light, nothing, just an evil dark screen starring back at me. Never dropped, no water damage, literally nothing; barely used since this was my secondary phone only. It’s just sad this fine piece decided to die out of nowhere. Soft reset or hard reset did not work. Drained out the juice completely then charged did not work. Nothing seemed to work. Phone accepted charge, touchscreen responded; but the screen itself was dead and black completely. I do not blame this on the seller; I know what I would get when buying it. However, this issue is not uncommon among Samsung phones. Hence, buyer beware, you might get a bad apple, you just don’t know. The phone itself is well worth the money.
