Sunjoy Pendleton Gazebo

My gazebo came in a week after purchase , quality is about a 6/10 the top small canopy cover ripped threw the frame and top decoration was stripped , long story short parys are not the best quality mine came broken , its been almost 2 months trying to get the replacement warranty parts 1 week of that was sending pictures to get the warranty claim even approved after days of purchase. Apparently communicating with these people is extremely hard. They are quick to take your money but never answer calls , you have to chat with them and its always some lady or ladys with the last name alvarez first names change but last name stays the same , all they do is forward emails to china and. Never get reaults . Its been a painful experience, id probably say the gazebo is ok but definitely not worth all this trouble. Id have to say gamble at your own risk and maybe stay away from purchasing this . Shoulda have never cancelled my home depot gazebo id have better service there believe it or not Edit 3months still no warranty part
