Phone arrived with clearly visible scratched paint, screen, and even the USB-C port - as if someone had used it for a long time and not very carefully - definitely not in "excellent condition" and with "no signs of cosmetic damage" as advertised. Returned it without even powering on because that's unacceptable, so can't really comment on function.
