Christmas Gift Huffy Kids Electric 24V Crawler Truck, Red Has NEVER Operated Correctly

This truck was purchased for Christmas gift. Assembled on Christmas Eve presented on Christmas day. When assembling could not add a mirror because ithe attachments were broken. The truck was not driven until a warm day in January. The first time driven was not going fast at all (the child driving is 45 lbs.) Her brother received a 24v tank that goes VERY fast. The battery has been brought inside when very cold temperatures and all battery charging instructions as listed on manual pages 20 and 23. have been followed. The truck has been driven maybe 12 times due to weather and has Never run properly (VERY SLOW). For two days the truck has been charged and creeps (I see why it is called Crawler) and no battery life. Connected to charger and will NOT even charge' I do not recommend this vehicle. I have a very disappointed granddaughter.

Just assembled it following the owners Manuel. It’s charged up so time to enjoy! Didn’t work for a moment bc it needs to be charged for over 12 hours. Some was pre assembled to include the wiring. Some was backwards. After fixing it the car ran as intendeded. It would just do a beep but now it runs :)
