I heard a lot of bad reviews on this because of that I almost didn't purchase it. I am SO glad I did! The box came like new, not one scratch on the phone.Everything that was promised came with the phone: Charger, rubber case cover, instructions, etc.. The phone is lightweight and beautiful. I like the fact that it is skinnier than my LG Stylo 4 was (it was harder to hold for any length of time}. I have T-Mobile, which isn't the best carrier for my area (drops calls and I don't receive text a lot of the time}. I may change to US Cellular. This is a GSM phone and is not compatible with Boost. I got the 128g with the 64g sd card. I must admit that this phone was a burger bear to set up. Too many dang passwords for every little thing I had to install and a lot of stuff to install I probably don't need, but, never-the-less it's a great phone and I am glad I purchased it. Also, it arrived really quick! So far so good. I would purchase it again.

Great phone for the money! It is used with AT&T here in the U.S. I and had to reset the settings before the phone would be recognized for incoming calls. The A51 works flawlessly and I am pleased with the purchase. Revised 8/22/21 I knew U.S. warranty would be unavailable but figured it was Samsung quality. I was WRONG. The screen(digitizer) failed. I wouldn't whine if the phone had seen some sort of abuse but this most assuredly wasn't the case. It was an actual product failure caused substandard parts. I see others have had similar issues. Sent the phone back to Samsung for repair and they want to charge more than half the cost of the phone. I would not recommend this phone! It is a very poor quality Samsung product and will not last.
