Great Deal for a Basic PC with Large SSD

Can’t beat the deal for this refurbished PC for basic usage. I wanted something with a large SSD to house a growing collection of family photos and this was more than triple the size of our previous machine. The intel core processor seems pretty zippy and system reboot time is quick. I had to buy a plug in USB Bluetooth adapter since my particular machine did not include one built in. I also used two usb plugs for a wireless mouse and keyboard. The corded mouse and keyboard they included with the unit were a joke - old filthy used parts that should have been left out. You can buy new ones for twenty to thirty dollars. So far I’ve been very pleased with this machine overall.

"Like New/Refurbished" should still last more than 6 months for $500

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! I purchased this PC for $500 in July of 2020. Not even 6 months later the hard drive went out completely and just at random one day. The computer ran great for the 6 months prior. Refurbished or not, warranty or not, a $500 COMPUTER SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS! I understand things do happen so I did reach out to the seller and was informed that there was nothing that they could do because the 90 day warranty was up. A "you're on your own" or "you should have known it wouldn't last 6 months because of the refurbished statement" type response. I wasn't even given an apology. As a business owner myself I am completely appalled at the customer service for an advertised "works as new" product. I wouldn't get CAUGHT DEAD treating a customer like that for a FAULTY PRODUCT that someone paid me $500 for that should have lasted way more than 6 months. No, I didn't expect a full refund, but if you sell a product like this, I feel like something else should have been done for this situation. That's just bad business, but it's definitely okay. I am thankful to have the opportunity to leave this review so other people can see the type of product they will receive from a company that does not care about its customers. That will not keep you in business very long. Quality Recertified?
