This is a very good robot vacuum. It is definitely the best value for your money. Also I had a very minor issue and contacted the seller's customer service. They responded immediately and fixed the issue. They also followed up in the most cordial manner to make sure my issue was resolved. You definitely can feel safe ordering from this seller.

Doesn’t work well

We’ve had this vacuum for a little over a month now. We bought it after reading a bunch of really good reviews, especially for how well it was supposed to do with pet hair. I was really excited about it for the first day. We set it up to charge under the bookcase so it was out of the way and it worked well enough that things weren’t covered in dog hair. After that, it’s all been downhill. The side brushes fall out while it’s vacuuming, it doesn’t change suction levels on the carpet like it says it does, it takes at least 10 minutes to find its way home... I wish I would have just saved up and gotten a better brand. Not worth the money.
