It's a USB hub, like the single top port. It's inexpensive and works! Mine is tucked behind my desk, giving a few much needed ports for keyboard, webcam etc. The ports seem snug which is good, don't want the devices coming loose.

Slow Charging

It's not really compatible with quick charge devices or cables. It charges them slowly, which means you can't use them while they're charging because the port isn't able to send enough power for charging and use at the same time. It took about 15 hours to charge a mini fan, a Kindle Fire and 1 pair of wireless headphones. To better explain how slowly it charged them- the mini fan usually charges fully in 2 hours, the Kindle in 4 and the headphones in 1 hr with their adapters.I got this to take on vacation with me as most hotel rooms have limited outlets and there were 4 of us in a standard 2 queen room. I now use it as an extension cord from my laptop to power the light on my small vanity mirror. I don't really recommend it if you're looking to charge your devices efficiently.
