Might as well have been brand new

Didn't come in the original packaging, but there was absolutely nothing to show that this vacuum wasn't in fact brand new and perfectly functional. Photo is after one use around the house.This thing is $260 at Costco and like $300 at walmart. It's also an amazing vacuum with EXCELLENT suction. Duo-clean is amazing, and the zero-m totally works. Never keeps hair on the brush roll.

Broke after just 6 months, not covered under warranty

Part that holds soft roller in place broke into 3 pieces just 6 months after purchasing it. When I called the support line, they informed me that the floor nozzle is not covered under any warranty and that I would have to purchase a new one for $89 plus shipping. This company is such a joke. I will never buy a Shark product ever again.
