Best tablet I've ever owned!

I couldn't even tell that this item was refurbished! There is nothing wrong with it visually, physically, or functionally. This was a gift for my 8 year old and he loves it. I enjoyed messing with it before christmas as well! Its fast and responsive. Not a bit of lag at all and the screen is super vibrant. It's very comfortable to hold as well. You just cant go wrong with Samsung. Buy it! You wont regret it.

Breaks down too much

Purchased 4/15/2020. Failed September 2020 and needed sent in to be fixed for charging issues. Failed again in the same month as it was returned with a faulty screen. February 28, 2021 it is not covered under manufacturer's warranty because that only lasts one year. It took Samsung FOUR DAYS to tell me they can't cover it, two days to get to the point where they review my purchase and then two more days to actually review my purchase and determine that purchasing on 4/15/2020 means that the warranty runs out on 10/31/2020 for a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. This unit has broken three times in less than a year and Samsung service is horrible.
