Good quality, but the ridges on the ball make handling it painful when throwing it. it is filled with sand so it does not bounce either. which can be good or bad depending what you need

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised at the rugged and heavy duty design. The grips make this easy to pick up and slam or throw as a press exercise. I highly recommend!
