Tired of the run around.

Out of the box the 7 on my keyboard didn't want to register unless pressed really hard. It was annoying, but not that bad. Now the battery is acting up, not fully charging, discharges super fast, and the screen flickers occasionally. I paid extra for product protection but have been getting the run around. I think they need to work on their "refurbishment" a bit.
