Absolutely great for trailer loading

Awesome cordless winch for loading trailers, or as a overhead crane. Pull speed seems pretty close to advertised free spinning. Not sure if it is good for max rating, but it was strong enough to load a 1500lb buggy onto a trailer unassisted and helped a 4 ton truck out of sand. Great accessory to take on an off roading trip for those off-angle winching needs.

Cable came released

The cable came released - still attached inside winch. Motor is responding to forward or backward but not grabbing the cable and creating tension. A little over a year old and not getting resolution from company on how to fix it beyond buying a new one
