Great Ink That Saves You Money
By RS on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2025
This ink from ONLYU is amazing! It works just as well as the expensive original ink that came with the printer. The big difference is the price – ONLYU costs much less than the brand. If you print a lot, like we do, it just makes sense to save money with this ink. It arrived quickly, fit perfectly in the Canon printer without any problems, and started working right away. The extra-large size is a great deal. The print quality is excellent, even when printing many photos for projects, and the ink seems to last a good amount of time. I bought this brand before and will definitely buy it again. These ink cartridges are easy to put in the printer, and the printer recognizes them without any errors. The printing comes out clear and doesn't smudge. For the price of two sets, it's a really good deal. We use the printer often, and the ink levels are still showing as almost full. This ink works really well, just like the much pricier brand name ink. Sometimes one cartridge might not work, but since you get several in a pack, it's usually not a big deal. This ink is the best value out there! It comes in an extra-large size, which is great for printing lots of papers, in both color and black. The ink looks good on the page and doesn't smear. It's easy to put in the printer, and we've ordered it multiple times and will keep doing so. Overall, this ink is a fantastic find – great quality for a much better price, and it works perfectly with Canon printers.

Dull, faded ink
By Running Rampant on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2021
I'm not sure how this ink got good reviews. I have it 2 stars only because all cartridges worked and ink went on the page. They performed their bare-minimum purpose. When I printed a copy of a photo after installing them, the colors were noticeably duller than the copy I printed with the OEM cartridges when I first installed them (along with everything else I printed with them). Also, when I contacted the company with a question about the lightfastness of their inks, the representative told me their products are not light-resistant, so they need to be stored away from light. So, prints of photos and art can't be displayed? Judging by how faded the ink was right out of the printer, I don't doubt it. The only good thing I can say is they refunded my money and I didn't have to send these back. I won't use this ink and I sure wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have a fade test going, with a print of my artwork partially covered with cardstock. The print is not in direct sunlight, just LED and ambient room light. We'll see how much the ink fades. I'll update my review later.
