Columbia Women's Autumn Park Down Jacket

I ordered this coat and it arrived defective (sewing problem on the back) so I ordered a replacement which arrived very promptly, however, it was cut smaller and there was a problem with a zipper. Typically, I return items via Kohl store and never have any problems. However, the Replacement coat could only be returned via Whole Foods Market - no problem as I shop there very often. The first RED FLAG was when I did not receive a confirmation when I returned the coat. The person at the desk told me I should receive an E-Mail conformation. The second RED FLAG when the E-Mail never arrived. As it is right now I returned a REPLACEMENT coat, but have NO confirmation, which means Amazon is going to charge me for a coat that I do not have because I returned it to them. Clearly, the system is broken, because I should have received a paper CONFIRMATION right then and there when I returned the coat. Apparently, the system is not designed that way. Unless Amazon corrects the situation and updates my account, I will file a complaint with the BBB. I have no intention of paying for a damaged coat that I returned to Amazon through WFM. Perhaps the money Jeff Bezos spends flying to the space could be spent on fixing a system that scams the Amazon customers??? BTW, I'm a Prime Member.
