A year and a half and it's still perfect.

I bought this for my business a year and a half ago (at least) and it's still working perfectly. The battery hasn't lost a step, despite leaving it dead about 3 months once. The screen is bright, touch sensitivity is high and it can run multiple applications at the same time and switch between them fast. I use my phone to hit spot and it connects quickly. Best bang your buck laptop out there. It's taken a few drops as well and held up fine. If you're on the fence about buying refurbished, this is a good buy.

Opened it, updated it, linked Google account, and starting downloading apps. Then it restarts on it own and keeps showing this. You can't touch or click on anything. Doesn't matter how many times you turn off and back on. You can't do anything.
