Terrible return experience

I ordered an Iphone 11 with this ReNew Pros. When I turned the phone on, the Iphone itself said it detected a non-Apple part on the phone. The screen is noticeably different than my wife's iphone 11. The company, ReNEW Pros DECLINED my return, even though it was returned promptly and exactly as received. I will never do business with them again. I had to find out through Amazon that ReNew declined the return. Thankfully Amazon reimbursed me. I would strongly suggest you consider a different company other than ReNEW Pros!
