Was packaged nicely. Came on time. It’s a used phone but that’s what it said also. Few minor cosmetics but pretty great shape really. Works great!!

It’s been only 4 months since I got this device. There was a bit of glue coming through the seems between the screen and the back. But that’s what you get when you buy refurbished so I wasn’t worried. That is until recently I took off my phone case and discovered the back was completely shattered. I’ve dropped previous iPhones and the back has NEVER even cracked through the case. Even worse, today the corner of my phone was sticking up: THE SCREEN HAD POPPED FREE OF THE BACK!! That was where it had been fixed! I haven’t dropped it in the time since checking the back: this popped open on its own. I messaged the seller but they’re unwilling to do an exchange. I’m really upset because it “conveniently” fell apart after the warranty period and the basically said, “oh well, try to fix it on your own”. Don’t buy from these refurbishers.
