I was surprised by the quality of a refurbished surface pro, easy to set up and use even for someone not computer savvy. Only draw back is u need to purchase case and blue tooth key board separately. They should have a package deal.

Touch screen is junk.

I bought this product to be an extension of my office desktop in the field. First few days I fought with the touch screen which was creating incorrect logins which meant I could not get logged on to the device. I ended up having to do a reset on the device, went through all of the set up again, and now, a couple weeks later, the touch screen is doing the exact same thing as before and I can't get logged into the device. Also, in this day and age, there is no such thing as customer service, it's like being on the craps table in Vegas when you make a purchase because no matter how much that recording says they care about you and your issues, they really don't GAF.
