Great phone for the price

I bought this phone for my husband. He is an android person I’m an iPhone person but I really liked his phone. I don’t really see why I pay $1,000 for an iPhone honestly. This phone does everything I need. The only thing my husband didn’t care for was the lock button being on the right side of the phone. He is left handed so it’s awkward for him. I read reviews about this phone before I purchased and it is not wireless charging. My Tacoma has a Qi pad and it will not charge this phone. The phone did come one speaking to me in another language but I changed that quickly. I just inserted his SIM card and the phone was working right away. I love the size of the phone and how clear the screen and pics are. I recommend this phone and I’m a high end iPhone user. You won’t be disappointed for the money.

I have had this phone for almost a year now and never intended to activate this with a cell carrier but last week my grandmother offered to add me to her plan so I said sure. I went to three different carriers and they all said my phone was locked. I spent three days making calls and emails trying to get ahold of the seller of this product and I have not gotten a reply. There are bad reviews on the company's website and I should have done more research. I spent all of my graduation money on this phone just to find out I have to buy an entirely new phone in order to have an activated cell phone. I'm well out of the return/refund window so I lost over $200.
