Apple BEASOLO3MX432LLA-A-OB Beats Solo3 Headphone - renewe (Open Box)

We grew up hearing about Dr Dre and his line of headphones, so we thought these were going to be great. Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed. The moment we opened our headphones, they appeared to have been used. We have included photos showing where the ear pieces are falling apart, BEFORE we’ve even had a chance to use them!! Our headphones case had no “Beats” logo on it as shown in the pictures, nor did our charging cord. And it only came with the cord, no charging block. These things tell us a lot about this company’s quality control and customer care. ALSO, we own a video production company, and we work with using audio quite often for long periods of time, so we need comfortable headphones. These are NOT comfortable. They are made out of cheap, stiff plastic that compress tightly against your ears/head. Finally, after doing extensive audio quality testing, we concluded that these $145 headphones sound NO BETTER than our cheaper, $45 headphones, which are also built to be much more durable and comfortable than this overpriced garbage. This has been an eye opener, and by far has been one of our worst purchases. We will not be buying anything by Dr Dre anymore.
