Logitech iPad Wireless Keyboard Case

If you want your keyboard to look like this after 8-12 months, go ahead and buy it. I’ve been a long time Logitech customer, and yes, eventually a key or 2 fall off… these are keyboards not helmets…I don’t expect them to be indestructible. However,it used to take multiple years of hard use before 1-2 keys fell off. I bought this one and 3 months after purchase, the first key fell off- about 4 fell off total in the first 8 months (I was able to press 2 back in). Now, in case you’re wondering, I did not use them for batting practice, as crash dummies, or for frisbee time… they all fell off simply from me shutting the case while sitting on the couch. It’s such a shame as Logitech used to be the go to for quality non-Apple keyboards I didn’t contact Logitech A. bc the keys happened to be keys I never used (until the return button fell off last night…blech), and I’m a small business owner- I don’t have time and shouldn’t have to spend hours talking to a company bc they decide to make an inferior product as the time would cost me more than the purchase price. B. Their warranty used to be 2 years so I thought I still had time… interestingly enough though, in addition to making cheaper products, they shortened the warranty to 1 year. Shocking, I know. You’d be better off going with apple (if you need the quality) or with a cheaper brand as it will be the same quality or even better as this one.
